Fingask Castle has plenty of other details on this site. It's run by the family who owns it (photo below from their social media of the family). They also have the events manager, Cameron Corkhill, the wedding coordinator, Emmi Kukkula, and the accommodations coordinator, Laura. Cameron and Emmi are the most likely to be present during the day.

We chose Tasha (she/her) as a super inclusive, safe and warm person with a wonderful personality. In her own words, her identity and experience as a queer, neurodivergent person of colour has shaped how she offers her services, prioritising inclusivity and individuality.
Steph (she/her) and Pril (they/them) drew us in with their ability to capture joy in a photo. They take photos like your best friend, and their videos feel like memories. They focus on LGBTQ+ and feminist weddings, and their values align closely with ours. We're really excited to have them with us for the day. As they are doing photo and video, they will also be bringing another professional with them.
Jerrika (she/they) is coming in as the third photographer with Steph and Pril. We love the sense of joy the photos in her portfolio show.
Sarah is an incredible harpist and composer. She'll be playing the ceremony, drinks reception and dinner. Her repertoire is hugely extensive, and we're so excited to hear her play throughout the day.
We're so excited to have Heather as our caller. We first encountered her when she called for the LGBTQ+ ceilidh in Troon. We loved the way she called the ceilidh in a truly, effortlessly gender neutral way, allowing anyone to dance with anyone as themselves. The gendered roles in ceilidhs make many assumptions - that all participants are cis, and hetero, and that all men are always taller than all women. Dances are much more easily done with roles divided by other metrics, like height, or who likes to spin.
Lea Larsen (she/her) is a Danish bodhrán player who blends Irish, Scottish and Nordic traditions and elements into her traditional and folk music
Jeri plays fiddle all over with lots of people, bands and projects.
Marit Fält is a mandola and guitar player who has played "Scandi-Scottish" folk all over.
Marta and Gemma run a vegan food truck and catering business. They're queer, vegan and environmentally conscious, all things we're excited to see from our caterers. We're really excited for the vegans at our wedding to be fully catered for, but there will be something for everyone. Plus, Gemma's currently appearing on Masterchef Professional!
The Highland Games Events Company are a local (Auchterarder) company offering small scale highland games for events. We're really excited to put on a little highland games at a castle, particularly for those who may not yet be familiar with highland games!

Docherty's is a local coach company that started transporting people around Perthshire in 1947, now under the leadership of the third generation. These are 36 seater coaches, with a wheelchair accessible space.
Perth Radio Taxis is a local, family run taxi company based in Perth. Their drivers are fully vetted by Police Scotland and licensed by Perth & Kinross Council. A taxi will be available at Fingask Castle between 8pm and midnight to drive people home. While there will only be space for one car load at a time, this is primarily for guests needing to leave early, as there will also be a late coach leaving for Perth at midnight.
Ailsa is a bridal makeup artist from Glasgow. She's lovely, inclusive and wonderfully prepared for everything I asked her about. I'm so happy and confident that she'll make everyone feel and look great on the day.
Jennifer is also a bridal makeup artist from Glasgow. Ailsa has worked with her before, and speaks very highly of her!
Meigan is a hair stylist that, just like Ailsa, is super inclusive and lovely. She specialises in fine hair (phew for me!) and loves doing braids or twists. I'm really excited to have her involved in our day!
Ryan and Rebecca have been so wonderful to work with. We loved the photobooth at Shannon & Jonathan's wedding, and are excited to have them here again for us.
Laura will be providing our bouquets and buttonholes (ie, the flowers people will wear or hold). She grows her flowers right at Fingask, so there's very little travel for them, and they are grown with sustainable practices.
Beverley takes on dresses that are no longer sold in the boutiques, but also does a lot of work restoring vintage dresses. She has a great eye for picking out dresses that suit you, and will push you out of your comfort zone just a little, just to see something different. But she made it so easy for me to find a dress I loved.
Master Tailors have been so friendly and helpful, and they were so quick making wonderful alterations.
Radical weavers are a really cool, family run charity that hosts workshops and events, as well as custom weaving. They particularly work a lot with the LGBT+ community and the neurodiverse community. They've had many high profile guests, including a royal visit the week before we visited them. Atlas designed his very own tartan, and Mairi and Sam helped refine the design. Peter has expertly woven the tartan fabric.
Clare and Iain make beautiful handmade kilts. With a shop a very short walk from Radical Weavers, they'll take the woven tartan and turn it into Atlas' beautiful kilts and some of our accessories.
The staff at the Dundee store have been super helpful in making sure Atlas gets a great fitting jacket and waistcoat.
We used Canva to design all our wedding stationery, and liked the flexibility. Aisling did some design mockups, and Atlas painstakingly fixed all the chaotic spacing and margins - teamwork!
Vistaprint was a bit more flexible and cheaper for printing than direct through Canva, so we've printed through Vistaprint.
We also created a little monogram with our initials and a wee line drawing of a flower. This drawing was done by tattoo artist LaurenceViellx based in Canada. It features a Violet and a Peony to represent us using our birth months, and a little bee.
Both the engagement ring and wedding ring came from this shop, who have been super great with customisations and making sure the ring was exactly what we wanted.

Kerrie has been lovely to work with, and is supplying our beautiful cake for cutting, and a dessert table, all of which is vegan.
We love Rascals cafe, and are there most Wednesdays for lunch. Dodie and her whole team are lovely and always make us feel welcomed and in community.
Heavenly Cake Co are great for providing cakes that people can eat even if they have an allergy, something we struggled to find elsewhere. Catering for nut, gluten, egg, soy and dairy allergies, we were able to cover all our bases, as well as finding a diabetic friendly cake or two, to make sure all our guests get something yummy.
I love tablet, and it's so typically Scottish. But made from butter and sugar, it's not vegan or healthy! We managed to get both vegan and non-vegan tablet from Val, who was so quick to help with making sure we got things sorted out to get our tablet at the perfect time.
Tablet is amazing, but it's not for everyone - and it's definitely not sugar free. We've added some fudge to the mix for those that won't be able to have our tablet, including some no-added-sugar fudge.
Our colourful confetti is all hydrangea petals from Confetti Bee - with all natural dyes.
