We have a few additional, optional forms on this page. We welcome any responses to any of the forms to ensure that we can cater for all access requirements and hopefully make our wedding as comfortable and fun as possible.

Please let us know any access requirements, particularly if you require step free access, wheelchair access or any other mobility adaptations. Obviously, food allergies are the most obvious for our wedding, but please let us know any other things that might require adaptation, such as materials (eg avoiding caterers wearing latex gloves), flowers, animals, or medications (in case you require first aid). Accessibility & Safety

We want our wedding to be as safe and accessible as possible. We’d love it if you could fill out this form to let us know about any specific requirements. It’s a long form, but only your name and email address are required. You can then fill in as many or as few areas as you require to let us know how to best adapt. We may get in touch for more details if we’re not sure how best to cater for it. Please remember however that we're not professional event planners and we cannot guarantee the event will be totally safe for everyone.  We'll do all we can to mitigate risk based on what you tell us, and talk to you so that you can make risk based decisions with as much information as possible. This form covers:

Contact Updates

Hopefully we already have at least some of your contact information up to date. However, we’d like to update our records if we don’t, or fill out our address books if we’re missing anything. Only your name is required, so please include as much or as little as you want.

If you are a driver, let us know what restrictions you have, eg whether you accept children in the car, if you can accommodate car seats, if you can accommodate a wheelchair or a folded wheelchair or pram, if you could accommodate luggage, and any other restrictions you have. Carpooling

As we’ll be in contact with guests the most, we’re happy to try and pair up drivers and passengers to enable people to carpool wherever possible.

Coaches

We have a coach going from Perth to FIngask leaving Perth at 1pm and at 6pm, and from Fingask to Perth leaving FIngask at midnight. However, we have provided futher options on times and locations to allow us to assess demand. Please note that if you are filling out this form and need to travel to and from another location or at another time, we will only be able to accommodate if there are a large number of others requiring the same.

We can’t promise we’ll be able to help everyone find accommodation, but as some people may be travelling a long way and have never been to this part of the country or the world, we would like to help where we can. Let us know what you’re looking for and we’ll see if we can find you a couple of recommendations in the area.
